At MANUFACTURA MODERNA METALES, S.A. we process the data that you freely provide us, with the purpose of managing the complaints received through our Complaints Channel.
No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.
How long will we keep your data?
The data will be kept for the time necessary to investigate the facts, and may not exceed a maximum period of three months from their introduction, after which they must be deleted from the reporting system. However, they may continue to be preserved and processed by the body to which they correspond, outside the complaint system for the duration of the actions and processes that are necessary to process the complaints received.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is compliance with a legal obligation.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The data may be communicated to third parties when it is necessary for the processing of judicial procedures that, where appropriate, may apply.
